Ghanaian dancehall and reggae artist Livingstone Etse Satekla popularly known as Stonebwoy has revealed that he had always dreamt of being a solider when he was growing up.

He said this in his interview on a new TV show, ‘Written in the Stars’ on Joy Prime.

According to Stonebwoy, he was passionate about flying jets and therefore wanted to be part of the Air force but unfortunately that dream couldn’t become a reality as he found interest in music.

“Growing up, I have always wanted to be a soldier…specifically to fly jets, something which has to do with Air force. That is what growing up as a child, I dreamt of,” he told the host.

The dancehall artist is popularly known for his hit songs including ‘Hero’, ‘My name’, ‘Go higher’, ‘Dirty enemies’ and others.

He is also the CEO of Burniton music group and won the Ghana Music artist of the year in 2015.
