Scottish side Hibernian have announced the signing of Thomas Agyepong from Manchester City.

The season-long loan deal is however subject to him receiving a UK visa.

The 21-year-old has been in talks with Hibs since July and manager Neil Lennon finally has his man, with the speedy Ghanaian international set to join up with the squad upon the completion of the necessary visa process.

He will wear the number 17 shirt at Hibernian.

Agyepong, who won his first full cap for Ghana in June 2017, spent the last two seasons on loan at Dutch partner club NAC Breda after previously being dispatched to FC Twente.

The former Right to Dream academy player is a lightning fast winger who excels in one-on-one situations, impressed when given the chance at NAC but was hampered by injuries. He made 12 appearances in the Eredivisie last season, totalling 446 minutes.
