Ghana’s Black Queens will take on Cameroon, Mali and Algeria in their bid to conquer Africa in the 2018 TOTAL Women’s AFCON.

The host nation are in the same pool with the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon as well as West African neighbours Mali and Northern African side Algeria.

Bashir Hayford’s ladies discovered their fate tonight at the draw in Accra ahead of next month’s promising tournament.

The Queens are in Group A and will seek to top it in a bid to secure a spot in the knock out rounds.

Eight-time winners Nigeria have also been handed a stiffer group that features South Africa, Kenya and Zambia.

CAF President Ahmad Ahmad attended the event in Accra along with other important African dignitaries who watched the event live.

Ghana have targeted a host and win event.
