The Flying Eagles of Nigeria  have been handed a  fairly tricky FIFA U-20 World Cup draw, which sees them pooled in Group D alongside Qatar, Ukraine and the United States of America.

Ahead of the 22nd edition of FIFA U-20 World Cup, kicking off in less than 89 days in Poland, the Coach Paul Aigbogun charges must raise their game before the start of the global tourney less they be left with the wrong end of the spoon like they ended up with at the recently concluded U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Niger, given the quality of opposition they will face in Poland 2019.

FIFA legends Bebeto, who won the U-20 World Cup in 1983 and the FIFA World Cup in 1994; and Fernando Couto, who lifted the U-20 title in 1989, made the draw in front of numerous coaches and icons of Polish football.

According to the draw, Group A comprises hosts Poland, Colombia, Tahiti, Senegal, who finished runners-up at Niger 2019, while Group B consists of  Mexico,  Italy, Japan, Ecuador Honduras, New Zealand, Uruguay and Norway are in Group C,, with Group E housing Panama, African champions, Mali, France and Saudi Arabia, while Group F has Portugal, Korea Republic, Argentina and South Africa.
