Celebrated dancehall musician Livingstone Etse Setakla popularly known in showbiz as Stonewboy is in support of his indefinite VGMA ban.
According to him, this would deter upcoming musicians from engaging in unhealthy ‘beef’.
The artiste was speaking at his first-ever ‘meet the press’.
When asked to share his thoughts on the ban, Stonebwoy said “I would even wish that it is extended the more so that we can actually deter the upcoming ones from misbehaving as they have planned it.”
He went on “because I think that it’s good for the up and coming ones to be afraid to know that if you mess about you can miss a prestigious award like this for years.”
Stonebwoy also revealed he is in good terms with former musical rival Shatta Wale, however they are not best friends.
The musician will release his new album March 5, followed by a North American tour.
