New Patriotic Party parliamentary candidate for Gusheigu and CEO of National Petroleum Authority, Hassan Tampuli, has said he is confident of winning the Gushegu seat come December 7, 2020.

According to him, his achievements so far within a period of four months in the constituency shows he has done better than the NDC and that will make the constituents choose him over his opponent.

He also said that, his candidature is borne out of his personality which makes him different from his opponent hence his confidence to win the seat.

Hassan Tampuli noted that, the several developmental projects he undertook in the constituency which has changed the lives of the people has made them to accept him.

Speaking to Starr news at the sideline of his campaign and manifesto launch at Gusheigu on Sunday, the NPA CEO said per his assessment on the grounds, he shall win his opponent over 60% which represent over 45,000 votes out of a total of 66,000 registered voters.

He promised the women of Gushegu constituency in his manifesto to farm at one acre each for every woman to reduce their burden as housewives.

He also promised to construct 70 boreholes before December 7, 2020.

Other promises he made include one hairdresser, one hairdryer, one seamstress, one sowing machine, construction of an Astroturf for Gushegu, construction of a senior high school for Kpatinga among others.

Hassan Tampuli’s campaign and manifesto launch was graced by leading members of NPP including Gabby Otchere Darko, ambassadors, national and regional campaign team members, MMDCEs among others.
