Ghana’s latest content hub, MX24 are playing heavily in the election space this season.

The East Legon-based medium have rolled out ‘Politics Over Pizza’, a 30 minutes youthful, exciting and relaxing political discussion show.

Hosted by Kwame A A Opoku with guest appearances from some of the most intelligent young people around, it is insightful and explores perspectives on political issues and policies over pizza.

Politics Over Pizza speaks to the trending political stories of the moment, allowing for guests to ask critical questions to inform viewers.

Coming in the lead up to the 2020 elections, the show highlights the important role Ghana’s young people will play in this year’s elections and beyond.

With multiple research documents underscoring the critical role of Ghana’s youth in the success or otherwise of the elections, ‘Politics Over Pizza’ does an excellent job of bringing that to the fore while exploring all the angles and nuances at stake.

The show’s host, Kwame A A Opoku, is one of the country’s most engaging persons, making a name for himself in the area of thought Leadership.

The MX24 project is being curated to appeal to a demographic that is largely urban, young and trendy.

Having currently gone live with most of its programmes, the station is expected to fully launch before the end of the year.

Station executives remain confident that this is yet the most exciting television experience to be witnessed in Ghana.
