As part of the International Women’s Day celebration, Starr FM will have four notable Ghanaian women host the station’s major programs today, Monday, March 8, 2021.

On the holiday edition dubbed ‘Starr FM International Women’s Day Special’, former broadcaster Shamima Muslim Alhassan is sitting in for Francis Abban on Morning Starr’, Director Of Public Affairs, ‎Parliament of Ghana, Kate Addo will host ‘The Zone’, renowned broadcaster Amanda Jissih is sitting in for Foster Aggor on the ‘StarrDrive’ and K Bonnah’s ‘Drop Off’ will be taking over by GHOne’s TV’s anchor Maame Animwaa.

STARR 103.5 FM is an urban, lifestyle radio station, which focuses on the delivery of compelling programmes through good music, entertainment/lifestyle- led talk programmes and sports for its target audience.

In respect of News and Current affairs, it seeks to deliver accurate, factual, relevant and newsworthy stories to its listeners. It seeks to entertain and educate the target listeners through music and talk content that it puts out there on air, through its events and promotions.
