Kwame Nsiah Apau aka Okyeame Kwame is expected to be announced as the first of ten (10) headline artistes to perform at the 2022 Made in Ghana-UK Festival scheduled for Excel London in March 2022. This was disclosed to Starr FM by his publicist, Christopher Kwesi Quansah.

Okyeame Kwame and his team exhibited a bit of what should be expected of the Made in Ghana ambassador and local Climate Change ambassador at the Accra Launch hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Regional Integration on August 5, 2021.

Nine other top Ghanaian artistes based in both London and Ghana will be announced alongside Okyeame Kwame at the UK launch.

Per their itinerary, after the launch, according to Christopher, Okyeame Kwame, who doubles as the Head of Music for Made In Ghana-UK Festival, is expected to visit Excel London, venue for the 2022 main festival, for first hand tour of the place.

He is travelling with his Digital Media Officer, Sampson Kwame Danso; Road Manager- Ernest Appau and Simon Boateng, his long-time backing vocalist. Dancers with the Dancegod Lloyd’s DWP Academy, Maxwell Duvey and Musah Osumanu, are brains behind a special Made-in-Ghana-themed choreography expected to be performed at the launch in the UK on November 26, 2021 at the Kensington Town Hall in London.

Made In Ghana-UK Festival 2022 is organised in collaboration with the Ghana High Commission, London; Showbiz Africa, Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Regional Integration, EIB Network, OK Music, Access Media and other partners.

It is a two-day Trade Show & Talent Showcase (Concerts) scheduled for London in March 2022
