Lady Strikers have secured a place in the final of the maiden edition of Ghana Women’s Premier Super Cup, after walloping Prison Ladies by 3 goals to nil in the semi-finals.

Martha Gifty Amissah opened the scoring in the fifth minute mark to put Lady Strikers in front. The Cape Coast based giants showed more ambition as they won a penalty in the 12th minute where Catherine Arthur stepped forward to convert  the spot kick to double the lead.

Ten minutes to the end of the first half, Gifty Addae Boakye made the scoreline safer as he scored the third goal of the day for Lady Strikers.

In the second half, Prison Ladies tried but failed to at least get a consolation as Lady Strikers remained calm with the comfortable lead.

Sandra Narh cemented the victory in the 78th minute to book a place in the final.

The results means the final will be a revenge or repeat clash between Hasaacas Ladies and LadyStrikers on Sunday.

Lady Strikers beat the Ghana Women’s Premier League Champions in their first group B game of the Super Cup.

Hasaacas will look to change the story as they battle their rivals in the grand finale.
