Bolt food held an event to reward 50 of the most hardworking and exceptional couriers for the year 2021. 

Winners took home fuel coupons as well as gift and shopping vouchers and were selected based on their performance, attending to the high demand of orders on the Bolt Food app.

The first of many such initiatives, the courier awards seeks to reward the food delivery’s hardworking and dedicated couriers for their commitment towards Bolt Food and making it the preferred food delivery service in Ghana.

In his address, Ali Zaryab, Country Manager, Bolt Food, said: “As a business, we are indeed very fortunate to have solid partners whose dedication, commitment and loyalty have shaped and contributed towards our successes to become a household name within the economy of Ghana.”

“At Bolt, we are deliberate on compensating diligence, and we are constantly positioning ourselves to be the delivery platform of choice for all our partners and are poised to roll out delivery solutions that will contribute to the food delivery needs of all Ghanaians,” he added.

In his remarks, Zaryab highlighted the positive impact of its partnership with the many stakeholders who have contributed to the growth of Bolt Food’s service within the country. He thanked the DVLA and Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission for their continued support.

Bolt Food since its introduction in Ghana in 2020 has been leading the food delivery service and is aimed at improving lives and providing convenience when it comes to getting your food at the comfort of your home or office without joining a queue at your favourite food joint.

Bolt Food is dedicated to bridging the gap between restaurants, eateries and their customers and to help food sellers improve on their customer service delivery.

Being able to deliver food to everyone almost at the same time at their own convenience goes a long way to improve the efficiency and speed at which these restaurants operate.
