According to Louis Vuitton, the collaboration will be available to the general public next month through an inclusive digital activation; however, the sneakers will be made available first to Maison’s community in the weeks leading up to the drop.
The styles that will be up for grabs include a tonal white and black colourway of the lows, two-tone makeups donning red, blue, and green accents, along with several multicoloured iterations.
The low-tops will retail for 2,000 euros while the mid-tops retail for 2,500 euros.
Aside from the sneakers, a special Louis Vuitton and Nike “Air Force 1” by Virgil Abloh exhibition will open at Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse.
From May 20 to May 31, the space will be open to the public and will feature 47 variations of collaborative sneakers. Large glass boxes containing graphic globe sculptures will be placed throughout New York City to coincide with the exhibition and can be seen at Domino Park, Grand Central, South Street Seaport, Astor Place, Columbus Circle, Flatiron Plaza, and Gansevoort Plaza.
