The Directorate of Research, Innovation and Development (DRID) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) will on Friday, August 19, hold the 2nd Inter-Faculty Research Seminar.
The seminar themed “Enacting Identity in Local Elections in Ghana: A multimodal Critical Discourse Analysis,” will be addressed by Dr. Paul Herzuah, a Lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism and Media Studies.
The seminar will come off at the main Auditorium at the Institute’s North Dzorwulu Campus at 10: am.
The Director of DRID, Dr. Etse Sikanku, has in the past stated that “the directorate seeks to bring lecturers and students together in a conducive atmosphere to discuss research-related issues while improving the research culture in GIJ.”
“This is to also enable the faculty to share their research work with the University and the general public,” he added.
