The Deputy Majority Leader in Parliament and Member of Parliament for Efuttu, Alexander Afenyo Markin has commissioned a newly constructed Health Centre in the Woarabeba community in the Efuttu Constituency.

The facility, named after Nii Ephraim, a former MCE, and fully funded by the Member of Parliament was handed over to the Ghana Health Service on Tuesday September 13, 2022, upon commissioning at a short ceremony.

Speaking at the commissioning, Alexander Afenyo Markin also disclosed that in addition to health sector improvements, social life and education are also expected to receive a boost when a library and a social/recreational Center under construction are completed soon.

The Central Regional Police Band also presented a citation of appreciation to Hon. Afenyo Markin for his continual show of support for the band and the people of the Efuttu constituency.

Woarabeba is a drag net fishing community located at the east coast of Winneba in the Effutu Constituency.
