Christmas signifies the birth of Jesus Christ and is celebrated every December by Christians, worldwide.

Christians believe it is a season to show love to each other especially the less privileged including widows in the society.

Singing his favorite song, a song by the VGMA artiste of the year 2021, Diana Hamilton, ‘Adom’ ,the Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources led the widows to thank God for their lives.

“Though the year has come with its own challenges, it will not prevent us from.show affection to each other. Let us all persevere in life and be grateful to God.

“I see myself as an instrument of the Lord to bring smiles on your faces in this memorable  occasion to remember the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ ” , he stated.
