Bola Ray has charged every youth around the world to make it a point to act as change-makers in any facet of life they find themselves in.
According to the media mogul who is an inspiration for many youth in Africa, it’s high time the youth had a voice of hope.
He was speaking at the Global Townhall organized by the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) and Global Citizen where he was a moderator on the topic “Voices from the youth: Global issues that we need to fix urgently”.
The session had esteemed panelists including UN Secreetary-General Envoy on Youth Jayathma Wickramanayake, Senator for Western Australia Louise Pratt, and Malaysian Politician Syed Saddiq amongst others.
It was held on Saturday, September w, 2023 virtually.
Mr Bola Ray. known for being the role model for the African youth charged “It is possible!! Let’s go out there as the youth of the world, let’s have a voice, let’s give hope, and let’s go out there and be change makers.”
He went on to indicate that “Out of 8 billion people in the world, half are under 30, and data shows we have the opportunity to enhance the voices of our young people by giving them a platform like #GTH2023 to express their views and for our leaders to listen.”
He ended by describing the 2033 Global Townhall as a game-changer in the same regard.
