Nsoatreman FC has qualified for the finals of the MTN FA Cup after defeating Legon Cities 2-1 in the semi-finals at the WAFA Park, Sogakope.

Foster Aputergor gave Nsoatreman the lead in the 35th minute, striking a thunderous shot inside the box. Mohammed Abdul Rhamam extended the lead just three minutes later.

Legon Cities, however, pulled one back in the second half through Kwaku Williams Adjei. However, both teams remained defensively solid and prevented any scoring opportunities.

After eight minutes of added time, the referee blew the final whistle, confirming Nsoatreman’s victory.

Nsoatreman will now face the winner of the Bofoakwa Tano and Dreams FC game in the finals slated for the University of Ghana stadium.

Bofoakwa and Dreams fc will square off tomorrow for a spot in the finals.
