Afrobeats sensation Wendy Shay has revealed that she has reconciled with her label owner, Bullet, following a period of tension and disagreement. The revelation came during an interview with DJ Slim, where Wendy Shay detailed the resolution of their conflict.
Bullet, speaking on UTV, had previously acknowledged the existence of issues between him and Wendy Shay, taking full responsibility for the conflict. He issued a public apology to the singer, which paved the way for their reconciliation.
Wendy Shay explained that their disagreement originated from differing views on a 360 Record Label Deal, a comprehensive contract that encompasses various aspects of an artist’s career. Bullet’s dissatisfaction with certain aspects of this deal had led to the friction between them.
However, intervention by respected elders in their community helped mediate the situation, resulting in a mutual understanding and renewed collaboration. “I had a problem with Bullet, but some elders came in and the issue has been quashed. I am now working with Bullet again,” Wendy Shay stated.
This reconciliation marks a significant step in their professional relationship, allowing them to continue working together as a united team in the Afrobeats music scene.
