After releasing three singles in Ekebele featuring OdumoduBlvck, Your Body, and Pray For Me featuring Wyclef Jean amidst delivering great guest verses, the reigning Artist Of The Year at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, 1Gad has released his fourth single of the year.
The song follows the story of Kofi who is described as rebellious and stubborn as he listens to no one but himself. As such Kofi often finds himself entangled in troubles caused by his own doing. His stubbornness leads him to face his problems alone hence the title “Jejereje” meaning his own “cup of tea”. The song plays on the idiomatic expression which says how you lay your bed is how you lay on it. Kofi laid his bed and he was made to lay in it.
