VIDEO-Fight against galamsey: Hundreds of protesters hit the streets for day two

Hundreds of protesters of the Stop Galamsey and Free the Citizens protest have commenced the day two of their demonstration.

They are also expected to petition the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources to drum home their demands to stop illegal mining also known as galamsey.

The activists also hope to draw attention not only to illegal mining but also demand the immediate release of their fellow protesters who were arrested and remanded for two weeks.
