Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the Presidential Candidate of the Alliance for Revolutionary Change and Founder and Leader of the Movement for Change, has chosen a running mate to support his bid for victory in the upcoming general elections on December 7.

Elijah Kwame Owusu Danso, a 40-year-old legal practitioner and experienced broadcaster known for his work at Pan African TV, has been chosen by Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen as his running mate.

He was also known by his stage name E-Nice, a member of the popular hiplife duo Echo, known for their hit single “Gologolo”, which featured Tinny before the group separated.

On Wednesday 11th. September 2024, Alan Kyerematen officially filed his nomination forms with the Electoral Commission, declaring his candidacy as an independent contender in the upcoming presidential election.

According to Alan Kyerematen, the selection of Kwame Owusu Danso as his running mate is in line with the desires of Ghana’s youth, who are eager to have a greater say in the country’s governance and decision-making processes.

He defines Mr. Danso as a role model for the youth, celebrated for his exceptional range of talents and expertise in various areas, such as corporate leadership, law, broadcast journalism, musical talent, and civil society engagement.
