Ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, multimedia investigative journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni and host of News File on Joy TV/FM, Samson Lardy Anyenini will on Wednesday, January 10, 2017 grace the “TPF National Media Festival 2017” in Bolgatanga.
The Press Foundation (TPF) annual event that seeks to bring the media together, to socialise, brainstorm, hold lectures and share ideas on topical issues is slated for the plush Akayete Hotel in the Upper East Regional capital at 7pm.
Under the theme: “Developing Northern Ghana; The Role of the Journalist”, the remarkable event brings together hundreds of journalists across the three regions of the north, MMDCEs, Head of Departments, Heads of institutions, chiefs and opinion leaders among others.
The Upper East Regional Minister, Rockson Bukari will be the special guest of honor, with the Paramount Chief of the Talensi Traditional Area, Tong-Rana Kubilsong Nalegtan as the Chairman on the day. The Tong-Rana Kubilsong Naledtan, is also the Board Chairman of the Tema Oil Refinary, TOR, and the Upper East Regional representative on the Council of State.
