One of Ghana’s favourite TV stations, GHOne TV, part of EIB Networks, is gearing up for the premiere of an upcoming TV drama series dubbed Anupama. This will happen on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
The upcoming show is about a middle-aged woman called Anupama who gives up her ambitions and goals to raise her family. She feels dejected when she is not given credit for her sacrifices and trials. She then decides to live on her own terms.
Anupama will showcase a woman’s strong will and determination to take care of her family and fulfil her own dream. Despite all societal pressure, she sails through life’s tribulations to emerge victorious.
The drama will touch on real-life issues like depression, mental health, social stigma, and stress that most people face in their daily lives.
During the week, Anupama airs from 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. on Sundays.
