The London International Court of Arbitration (LCIA) has dismissed claims of $478million brought by Sibton Switch Limited against the Bank of Ghana.
The London International Court of Arbitration also ordered Sibton Switch to cover the legal fees of Ghana’s Central Bank and the costs of the arbitration.
Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr. Ernest Addison, hailed the ruling saying he was pleased with the favourable outcome for the Bank and for the billions of Ghana Cedis saved.
