Borteyman Sports Complex set to host the intensive and electrifying round of fixtures in matchweek 24 of the Greater Accra Volleyball Association (GAVA) League this weekend.
This arrangement is usually done at the end of every month to help improve playing conditions in the Greater Accra Volleyball Association League, but this time the schedule was delayed due to negotiations, pushing the fixtures to 6th and 7th September 2025 instead of 30th and 31st August.
These weekends games will begin on Saturday with the women’s division, where Police Women face Immigration Women at 8:30 AM. On Sunday, El Wak Wings Women will also take on Navy Women in the early game at 8:30 AM.

After 23 games in the GAVA League, Army sits comfortably at the top of the men’s division table with 64 points, having lost just once all season and at the other end of the table, Kasland Men occupy the bottom spot in 16th place with just a single point.
In the women’s division, Kalibi are lonely at the top with 52 points after winning 18 games. Air Force follow up in second place with 45 points, while Kasland Women remain at the foot of the table with no points to their name.
