EIB General Manager for English-Akan cluster, others win awards at 2023 RTP Awards

The General Manager for the English and Akan Cluster at EIB Network, Nana Yaa Serwaa Sarpong has received well-deserved recognition at the Radio & Television Personality (RTP) Awards for the Lifetime Achievement Award Excellence in Media Management and remarkable two decades of dedication and service to the media industry.

“This excellence award is in recognition of your years of immeasurable contribution to the broadcast media in Ghana. You’ve been been a gift to the industry and a key contributor to the expansion of Ghana’s media front. On this day, December 27, 2023 we confer on you the Radio and Television Personality Honorary Award Presented by Mr Prince Makay, CEO, RTP Awards,” madam Serwaa Sarpong’s citation at the ceremony.

Adding to the accolades, Natalie Fort, the presenter for GHOne TV, earned the prestigious title of Best TV Development Program of the Year 2023.

The accomplished broadcaster, known for hosting the Natalie Fort Show, triumphed over formidable competitors such as Berla Mundi, Ms Nancy, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Stacy Amoateng, and Dr. Hannah-Lisa Tetteh.

This esteemed recognition was bestowed upon her during the awards ceremony held at the International Conference Centre in December 2023.

In another category, Kwame Bee, the Drive Time Host at Kasapa FM, secured the Radio Late Afternoon Show Host of the Year 2023.

The seasoned broadcaster outshone competitors such as Abieku Santana, Giovanni Caleb, Quophi Okyeame, Lexis Bill, and Odiahenken Kwame Yeboah to claim the coveted award.
