The Campaign also stood out for its captivating nature through responsible communications, music, and engaging market activations, leading to its high popularity among Ghanaians.

Head of Digital Marketing and New Product Development at AirtelTigo, Alex Offei Lartey’s outstanding leadership contributions to driving various digital innovations at AirtelTigo was also given recognition as he bagged the Digital Influencer of the Year.

Speaking on the awards, Nancy Assor Asiedu-Amrado, Head of Brands and Communications, expressed her delight at the recognition of the innovative products the company has offered to its customers over the years. “AirtelTigo will continuously evolve with its customers and release exciting marketing campaigns which will drive involvement and base stimulation. We dedicate this award to all our loyal customers, especially, those who participated in the To Gu Me So promotion. These honors would not have been achieved without them.”

In its 12th edition, the Ghana Information Technology & Telecom Awards (GITTA) has become the cornerstone event that promotes and celebrates governments, IT operators, ISPs, infrastructure providers, fintechs, banks and other stakeholders to share the progress of their successful ICT innovations, aiming to further enhance the Ghanaian community as part of the government’s vision of a robust digital economy.
