Tamale-based Latif Adaari has been appointed to handle the Ghana @60 celebration match return leg encounter between Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
Adaari will be the center man and will be supported by Eric Nantiere and Ali Alhassan.
The three referees handled the finals of the MTN FA Cup where Kotoko defeated Hearts of Oak 3-1.
The match-anticipated clash between Ghana’s most glamorous Clubs is slated for December 24 at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
Hearts of Oak will be heading into the match with a big advantage after beating their rivals 3-1 in the first leg match at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The official press conference for the match was held at the Babayara Sports Stadium on Monday where the two Clubs were ably represented.
Coach Steve Polack and Saddick Adams represented Kotoko at the press conference with spokesperson for Hearts of Oak Opare Addo and new signing Blessing Basi sitting in for the Rainbow lads.
The game will climax Ghana’s 60 years anniversary which has been running throughout the year.
