Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, has released his 24-man squad for Ghana’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Chad and Mali next month.
The list features key players such as Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Jordan Ayew, Gideon Mensah, Antoine Semenyo, and Inaki Williams.
Union Berlin defender, Derrick Arthur Köhn, receives his maiden call-up after a standout campaign with Werder Bremen, where he made 27 Bundesliga appearances and scored twice. Also making the cut is winger Kamal Deen Sulemana, who has hit the ground running in Serie A with Atalanta following his move from Southampton.
Midfielder, Elisha Owusu, returns after recovering from a long-term injury, while FC Nordsjaelland youngster, Caleb Yirenkyi, earns a debut call-up after impressing at the Unity Cup in London.
Tariq Lamptey also re-joins the squad, with Christopher Bonsu Baah and Ireland-based goalkeeper Joseph Anang included for the double-header.
Ghana currently sits at the top of Group I with 15 points from six matches.
The Black Stars will play Chad on Thursday, September 4, at the Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno, before welcoming Mali to the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, September 8, 2025.
