Paris Saint-Germain chief Unai Emery has reportedly said that striker Edinson Cavani is ‘the first person in charge of taking penalties’.

The tactician opted to finally weigh in on the saga, which recently saw the Uruguayan and world record signing Neymar jr clash over who between them is supposed to take set-pieces between them in their recent 2-0 win over Lyon.

Emery appears to have followed through on his threat to make the decision for the two should they fail to make it themselves, subsequently giving Cavani the first pick where penalties are concerned and thereafter boldly declaring that ‘Neymar is the second one’.

The marksmen were spotted training together for their upcoming match against Montpellier on Thursday and appeared to have put the disagreement behind them.
