Former President John Mahama has paid a glowing tribute to one of his long-serving aides Stan Dogbe describing him as loyal and efficient.
Mr Mahama made the remarks when he joined friends and family of Mr Dogbe to mark his 45th birthday over the weekend in Accra.
“In this boy, I find not only loyalty but efficiency. If I say do this, he won’t say any task is impossible to fulfil. Midnight 4 am, call him, you wake him; you ask him to go to Bawku he will go and do what you ask him to do.
“And so he’s been loyal, he’s been true, he’s faithful and that is why I will come to celebrate him today at his 45th birthday,” Mr Mahama said.
The 2020 NDC flagbearer also shared the experience on his first encounter with the aide who has often criticised for being too protective of his boss.
Mr Dogbe is believed to be in charge of all digital and creative designs of the former President. Sources say he is often seen as the minder of Mr Mahama.
