Google unveiled its latest flagship devices, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, at a live event today.

Many details about the cell phone have leaked, but one thing is certain: the search giant is finally taking on Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s high-end range with a premium device.

“The product is now really the Google Phone,” said Google’s hardware boss Rick Osterloh, “so we are ready to invest a lot in marketing and want to grow.”

Some details on the new phones have already been revealed: bigger AI capabilities, a new chip focused on privacy, bigger screens, a bigger battery, an iconic camera bump, and a more personal Android 12.
