The Suame Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress has been remanded by a circuit court in Asokwa.
Lawyers of Koampa Razak Avoliya failed to secure bail for their client on charges of offensive conduct. The State prosecutors insist the matter has assumed dimensions of National Security.
Party supporters who thronged the court left livid accusing the court of unfairness.
Razak Avoliya was arrested on Wednesday after party executives turned him in to the police.
