Minority Leader Dr Cassiel Ato Forson and a hosts of minority members including Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah and Kwame Agbodza have all arrived at the Financial Division of the Accra High Court ahead of hearing.
The Ghana Police Service has initiated an action at the Court to stop the intended protest by the minority earmarked for tomorrow, September 5.
The Police has raised some security concerns about the route of the protest but the organisers will not change their minds.
EIB Network’s Legal Affairs Correspondent, Murtala Inusah, who is currently at the court said, newly appointed Director of Legal Affairs of the NDC, Lawyer Godwin Edudzie Tamakloe is expected to lead the party.
While, Superintendent of Police Sylvester Asare will be leading the police to state their case.
Justice Edward Twum, the presiding judge is yet to assume his seat for the case to start.
