Management of Imperial Homes Limited, a privately held award-winning Ghanaian property development, construction, and Real Estate Investment Company have reiterated the company’s resolve to cement its hold as a globally competitive player in the international real estate industry.

Executive Director of Imperial Homes, Mr. Frank Yeboah announced this when the company held a 50 kilometre health walk on the streets of the capital Accra as part of the company’s 15th year anniversary celebrations.

Mr. Yeboah stressed that ‘’the company is willing and ready to take up the challenges of this new age, one that defines competition in a global setting and not just a local one’’.

Projecting a future outlook, Mr. Yeboah pointed out that Imperial Homes will expand its operations and mileage to consolidate the gains and equity they have built as a brand.

He recounted, ‘’it has been 15 years of challenging and wonderful years, but these trials and triumphs have made the company better and its employees more mature and experienced’’.

He admitted to the competition within the industry but noted that the company only saw competition as one of the spaces in people’s minds.

Imperial Homes Limited is a wholly Ghanaian-owned business whose cardinal principle is value chain enhancement and stakeholder advancement. Imperial Homes has successfully metamorphosed from a pure house builder to other sectors in the real estate industry.

The walk was structured to acknowledge not only the workers but also to allow the general public to participate and promote healthy living and positive lifestyles.

Speaking at the end of the health walk, the Executive Director of Imperial Homes, Mr. Frank Yeboah, said, ‘’today, as we reflect on our accomplishments, it is essential to recognize the importance of not only building homes but also fostering a healthy and active lifestyle.’’

‘’The health walk we undertook today symbolizes our commitment to the well-being of our community. Just as we have constructed steady and beautiful homes, we must also prioritize the construction of a strong and healthy community,’’ he noted.

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Mr. Yeboah stressed that Imperial Homes have donated beds to polyclinics throughout the year.

He also extended his heartfelt gratitude to the general public for being part of the celebration, urging them to continue to walk side by side with imperial Homes Ltd. And support spread the brand.
