3rd CEO Summit: Presidential panel leads speaker line-up

The biggest and most prestigious gathering of Corporate Ghana’s leadership will converge under one roof to draw on the knowledge of renowned world class experts on key facets of corporate management and leadership.

The 3rd Ghana CEO Summit, to be held on the 21st and 22nd at the plush Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel, in Accra, will address critical issues of the Ghanaian private sector through a range of carefully selected topics to be handled by a panel of acclaimed international experts and local peers through plenary sessions, deal rooms and open fora for dynamic and thought provoking discussion.

A flagship plenary session will host the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on a Presidential Panel, in a high-level conversation on: Leadership; Economic Development and Social Inclusion.

Roger Harrop – the CEO expert – award winning international motivational business growth speaker and Neville Gaunt –a renowned keynote speaker, author and CEO, Mind Fit limited, will both lead a CEO Masterclass to address the topics: WIN: How to Succeed in the New Game of Business; and Increased Productivity through BEHAVIOURAL WASTE MANAGEMENT respectively.

Other prominent speakers include: Ken Ofori Attah-Minister of Finance; Ibrahim Awal Mohammed – Minister for Business Development; Dr. Ernest Addison, BoG Governor; Natalia Koliadina; Dr. Henry Kerali; Yofi Grant; Charles Larbi-Odam; Alhassan Andani; Dr. Yaw Adu-Gyamfi; Edward Effah; Tutu Agyare  and Moses Baiden, amongst others.

The Leadership Panel and Forum will also be set up to deliberate on: Effective Leadership: A Panacea for Business and Economic Transformation.

The over 500 CEOs and corporate executives, expected to attend the Summit, will be audience to a Doing Business and Investment Panel and Forum to discuss issues around: Doing Business in Ghana: Ease of Doing Business.

At a time when some sectors of the Ghanaian economy have suffered incalculably from lapses in corporate governance practices, a Corporate Governance Pane will address critical issues facing corporate boards on the topic: Evolving Trends in Governance and Board Leadership.

Discussants on the Economy Panel will take business leaders through: Growth in Ghana: Rising or Falling.

The Technology and Innovation Panel and Forum will seek to find answers to: What the Fourth Industrial Revolution means to Ghana.

The 3rd Ghana CEO Summit also provides the unique opportunity for business leaders in both emerging and developed markets to meet, share knowledge and strike long term partnerships to facilitate accelerated economic and corporate growth.

A key innovation at this year’s edition will be an Investors Hub – a special zone that will be dedicated to top investment and universal banks as well as Sovereign Wealth Funds drawn from different countries to meet with official government representatives and project developers seeking financing to explore new venture and potential partnerships.

Since its inception, the Summit has hosted more than 1200 attendees from some 1,000 participating organizations with more than 30 top-level speakers presenting.

The 3rd Ghana CEO Summit is organized by the Chief Executives Network Ghana Limited in partnership with Deloitte and Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC).
