Multichoice showed class to win the 2017 Standard Chartered (SC) Bank Limited, “Road to Anfield Competition” at the Lizzy Sports Complex in Accra on Saturday.
Multichoice who lost to the ultimate to GNPC last year, came from a goal down to win 2-1 against Latex Foam in the finals.
The SC Trophy, is an international five-aside football tournament, which hinges on the Bank’s Liverpool FC sponsorship and an opportunity for SC to reinforce its partnership with Liverpool FC.
Liverpool legend Jason McAteer, will join the Regional tournament in Ghana on March 11, 2017 at the Lizzy Sports Complex where winners from Nigeria and Cameroun will battle Ghana’s representative for the West African competition.
Jason McAteer will also provide tips to the finalists and also host a soccer clinic for children and engage clients.
The winner of the West African tournament wins the ultimate prize of participating in the SC Trophy Final in Anfield.
