Energy Bank has expressed profound gratitude to its customers for remaining loyal and deepening their business relationships with the Bank all these years.
At a colorful ceremony to kick start its week-long celebrations, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Christiana Olaoye commended all customers for their loyalty, patronage and unwavering support which has significantly contributed to the success of the Bank.
Mrs. Olaoye described the Bank’s relationship with its customers as special adding “This level of relationship is no longer formal, we have become brothers and sisters, it’s more than just a customer and service provider relationship”
She emphasized Energy Bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to its customers.
“Excellent Customer service is part of the promise of the Energy Bank Brand. Taking customer service out of the banking halls into your homes, being able to meet your needs during banking hours and outside of banking hours,” she added.
The versatile banker assured its cherished customers of exceptional customer service, saying “Energy Bank promises customer service that will always be at the forefront of our game. It is what has brought us this far, it’s been a differentiating factor that always endears our customers to us and we will continue to offer excellent service.”
The theme for the week-long celebrations which is being marked in all its 12 branches is “Service First, Energy Bank First”.
As part of the week-long celebration, management of Energy Bank will carry out branch visitations to interact and serve customers with customer-centric services.
