Emerald Properties Limited swept two awards at the 2017 Ghana Property Awards on November 18 at the State House.
Emerald took home the “Best Development Marketing” and “Best Residential Developer –Apartments” awards.
Emerald Properties, while basking in their achievement, has recognized the contribution of Starr FM, a key partner and stakeholder, to annex the two awards. In that regard, the team from Emerald Properties presented the two awards to the CEO and other management team members of EIB, parent company of Starr FM.
Receiving the team, the CEO of EIB, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi a.k.a Bola Ray, congratulated Emerald Properties on their feat and expressed appreciation to the Emerald team for taking time off to share their joy and glory with the EIB Team.
He further stated EIB is not only focused on revenues but also on developing fruitful partnerships and relationships that are long lasting and mutually satisfying hence assuring Emerald Properties of continuous support.
The Business Development and Marketing Manager of Emerald, Cyril Nii Ayitey Tetteh was supported by Mrs. Daphne Quayson, office Manager and Samuel Darko to make the presentation to the EIB team.
Mr. Tetteh thanked the EIB team for their support in the creation and subsequent broadcasting of “Real Estate Minute”, a show which offers daily real estate tips on Starr FM.
He acknowledged that the show together with other advocacy initiatives like the first ever Ghana Green Building Summit held on October 18, 2017 contributed to making Emerald Properties a thought leader in the real estate space. He intimated that it was only apt that Emerald shares their glory and joy with EIB.
