Staff of OmniBSIC Bank have engaged in a nationwide Health and Fitness Walk to strengthen the team and announce the completion of all aspects of their merger.
The Bank formerly OmniBank Ghana Limited and Sahel Sahara Bank Ghana Limited (BSIC) have lined up a number of activities to bond staff and offer the best of service to all their customers.
The nationwide Health and Fitness Walk, themed “At your service” was held on Saturday, 30th November 2019.
The event was aimed at thanking customers for their loyalty during the merger process while increasing awareness of the new OmniBSIC brand among the public.
It was also meant to promote a healthy lifestyle among all staff.
The Fitness walk begun simultaneously at three key locations across the country: Accra (El Wak Sports Stadium); Kumasi (Asokwa Shopping Mall); and at Takoradi (Liberation Road branch, OmniBSIC).
At the end of the walk, staff undertook a range of fun team building activities to round off the day.
The merger is expected to achieve the following benefits:

A selection of best user-friendly and robust electronic banking platforms
A stronger Balance Sheet
A variety of products and services
Several correspondent banking partners and international trade lines.
