Ghana’s leading online vehicle spare parts marketplace, Abossey Okai Online, has since its launch in August, 2015, positively transformed the nature of vehicle parts acquisition in the country.

In times past, one had to jostle through the nooks and crannies of Abossey Okai to obtain even the smallest of spare parts. Not only did such inconvenience culminate in waste of time and energy, it also exposed unsuspecting patrons to the risk of being ripped off. According to the CEO, Vannel Mawuli Dzigba, “Abossey Okai Online is here to save vehicle owners time, energy and money.”

The inception of ABOSSEY OKAI ONLINE brought a great relief to patrons of both new and used parts. Clients are afforded various convenient ways of purchasing parts from the comfort of their homes, offices among others. Notable among them are;
Website – Clients are able to purchase parts from the company’s website; https://www.abosseyokaionline.com.gh and have them delivered to any location of their choice

Android App – Clients have the flexibility of making purchases through ABOSSEY OKAI ONLINE’S Android application (Currently available on google play store) with just the tap of a button

Facebook – Facebook users just need to visit https://www.facebook.com/abosseyokaionline/ to place request(s) for their needed spare parts. This also comes with an instant messaging option which gives access to the company’s ever available customer care executives

Voice calls/Whatsapp Messages – Clients are also able to call the company’s hotlines; 0541443773/0541444002 as well as send requests through the dedicated whatsapp line (0541443773)

A partnership between Abossey Okai Online and SlydePay ensures clients are able to pay for products purchased from the website with their Mobile Money Wallets, Debit or Credit Cards. Customers also have the flexibility of paying on delivery or through bank deposits.

With the support of their delivery team, ABOSSEY OKAI ONLINE provides prompt nationwide delivery, with customers in Accra and Tema enjoying a GHS0(free) delivery charge. Deliveries to other regions however, come with a little additional service charge.

It is evident they have done a good job at providing convenience by migrating physical shops in Abossey Okai unto an e-commerce platform.
