Popular legal practitioner Ace Ankomah has sued social media activist Kevin Ekow Baidoo Taylor for alleged defamation.
The lawyer is demanding GHC10 million in damages over what he says is an attempt by Mr. Taylor to run him down over the ongoing Menzgold brouhaha.
The writ said Mr. Ankomah is demanding “damages in the sum of GHc10,000,000 for the defamatory statements published by the defendants on defendants’ Facebook page ‘With All Due Respect – Loud Silence Media’ on 23/07/19 and YouTube on 24/07/19, the subject matter of this suit.”
Mr. Ankomah claims Mr Taylor produced videos on Facebook in which he claimed that he and some other individuals including Gabby Asare Otchere Darko and former EOCO boss K.K Amoah conspired to run down the business of the Menzgold Chief Executive Nana Appiah Mensah also known as NAM 1.
