President Nana Akufo-Addo has created four new Ministerial portfolios so far 24 hours after merging the Ministry of petroleum and power under the Ministry of Energy.
The portfolios are Sanitation, Railway development, Regional Reorganization and Special projects and Monitoring and Evaluation which will be headed by Kofi Addah, Joe Ghartey, Dan Botwe and Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei respectively.
These portfolios are contained in Akufo-Addo’s second batch of 13 names of ministers-designate he submitted to parliament on Wednesday.
Also included in the list is the nomination of the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu as the minister-designate for communications.
