Chaos has broken out at Nanton in the Northern region as the Yaa Naa enskinned a new chief of a community.
The Yaa Naa was installing the Vo Naa Mahamadu Bawa as the new chief of the Dagbon town when the fight broke out.
Sources say the youth of the town preferred the Chief of Zosali for the new role.
Starr News Eliasu Tanko reports the youth are burning tires in town and warning to the new Yaa Naa appointee if the decision is not reversed.
Savelgu Police commander DSP Twumasi Ankrah has confirmed the incident.
