The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has warned the public about recent fake recruitment scams targeting job seekers.
In a statement, the FDA urged people to remain alert and refrain from responding to unsolicited communications requesting sensitive information or money.
The FDA clarified that these messages are fraudulent and should be treated with caution. The statement reads, These scams often involve fraudulent messages or emails asking for personal information or money in exchange for a job at the FDA. To avoid falling victim to these scams.”
To avoid falling victim to such scams, the FDA advised the public to be wary of any communication requesting personal information or payment.
The Authority also encouraged individuals to report any suspicious messages to its Head Office or Regional Offices across the country.
