Before the big launch night, select distributors and retail partners were given an exclusive first taste. On May 13th, they took part in a special trade immersion event led by Caesar Mafando, CPA Manager for E-commerce. He described Johnnie Walker Blonde as the perfect choice for those looking for a lighter, approachable whisky whether enjoyed neat, over ice, or mixed with a splash of citrus, it offers a refreshingly different experience.
Culture Meets Whisky at Rehab Beach Club
The event celebrated Ghanaian creativity. Afrobeats star Olive the Boy got the crowd singing and swaying. Then DJ Lord OTB, two-time Guinness Ghana DJ of the Year, took over and turned the place into a proper party. A fashion runway added flair, showcasing styles as bold and bright as the new drink.
This launch is also part of Guinness Ghana’s bigger plan to grow and change with the times. It’s about making whisky feel more fun and welcoming for everyone,especially younger people and new drinkers.
