The Office of President-elect John Mahama says he has made no ministerial appointments.
This comes on the back of fake ministerial nominees been circulated on various social media platforms.
In a press statement issued and signed by the Special Aide to the President-elect, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, stated that the fake list of ministerial nominees in circulation on social media is untrue.
According to her, the purported lists in circulation are false, and unauthorized.
“The office of the President-Elect wishes to categorically state that lists circulating on social media purported to be appointments and nominations made by H.E John Dramani Mahama are false and unauthorized.
“We urge everyone to disregard the fake news and refrain from spreading unverified information,” she stated.
