The former Chief Executive Office Ghana National Petroleum Commission, (GNPC), Alex Mould and Gavivina Tamakloe have arrived in court as the court orders them to produce ‘absconded’ Sedinam Tamakloe today.
The two individuals stood as sureties who executed the GHc5M bail conditions for former CEO of Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) Sedinam Attionu Tamakloe.
The former MASLOC Boss has since November last year failed to appear in court for the trial to continue and the sureties have been ordered to produce her today.
The sureties have arrived at the Financial and Economic division of the Accra High Court presided over by Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe on Thursday, December 22, 2022, waiting for the case to be called.
