NAVALA Travel Health has conducted a specialized training session for the Customer Service Team of Perriman Hotel as part of the implementation of its strategic partnership with the hotel.

The training focused on introducing the Perriman Hotel team to NAVALA Travel Health, its services, and how hotel staff can effectively support guests in accessing NAVALA’s healthcare services whenever medical assistance is required during their stay in Ghana.

The session was facilitated by D. Ampomah Oppong, Country Director of NAVALA Travel Health, who took the team through NAVALA’s travel health model, available services, the guest referral process, and the important role hotels can play in connecting travelers to appropriate healthcare support.

The training was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of Perriman Hotel, Mrs. Fatima Perriman, the Operations Manager, and members of the Customer Service Team.

The engagement provided an opportunity for the hotel’s frontline team to understand how NAVALA can support both local and international guests, particularly travelers who may require medical assistance while away from home.

Through the partnership, Perriman Hotel is integrating NAVALA Travel Health into its guest experience, providing travelers with an additional layer of healthcare access, convenience, safety and peace of mind.

Hotel +  Travel + Healthcare Support

The initiative reflects NAVALA Travel Health’s vision of creating a more connected travel ecosystem where healthcare is an integral part of the travel experience—not an afterthought.

For hotels and tourism businesses, the message is simple:

Don’t just sell accommodation, Don’t just sell a tour, Sell peace of mind.

NAVALA Travel Health continues to build strategic partnerships with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, healthcare providers and tourism stakeholders to make healthcare support more accessible to travelers visiting Ghana and beyond.
