Alma Naa Jama Opoku Prempeh, wife of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) vice-presidential candidate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has launched her political campaign in the Odododiodioo Constituency, marking a significant milestone ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Her journey began with a heartfelt visit to her maternal family home, where she sought their blessings and support, surrounded by prominent figures, including Greater Accra Regional Minister, Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover and NPP regional and constituency executives.
Mrs. Opoku Prempeh received a warm and enthusiastic reception from her family and party supporters, with chants of support and excitement filling the air.
During the visit, Nii Agyir Banor, the head of Alma Naa Jama Opoku Prempeh’s maternal family, performed a heartfelt ancestral blessing ceremony, invoking guidance and protection for her as she embarks on her political campaign.
He stressed the significance of family unity, encouraging all present to offer their unwavering support and solidarity, as Mrs. Opoku Prempeh begins her journey
